A copy of the report covers the observations made by the Residents Association (working on behalf of the residents) of issues that require addressing within Phases 2C and 3C. Most observations were seen during the initial onsite review on the 10th Dec 2019, additional review in August 2020 and final review 27th May 2021 with the Developer Representatives from Taylor Wimpey and the Management Company Representative Firstport, however some issues like lighting and damaged block paving have been observed over several months prior to the site reviews and are recorded in the report for completeness of the review. The full report is under the Firstport Page

What are they doing about the trees between Lupin Spinney and Adur Ave?, some have been planted in the ground, the two behind my house are still in the large square containers. I can’t see them lasting very long!
Hi Karen,
When we checked this area earlier in the year all trees were planted. The crates along the back were placed there by a resident. If you can send a photograph of the trees you are talking about to wdranorthbrook@gmail.com We can follow up with the Consortium. The trees in this area have nothing to do with the Management Company as the responsibility for maintenance was given over to the residents by Taylor Wimpey
We have this week been contacted by a local Councillor who has a resident on Adur Avenue who is complaining about bindweed in this area so we are going to raise this and your query to various people. We will update when we know more
Despite ongoing phone calls to Taylor Wimpey, Clarion, Highways agency, Chamonix etc etc for the last 2.5 years, the far streetlight at the cul de sac end of the residents car park behind Water Lily Way (specifically in parking spaces for the plot formerly known as #379), still not working. It remains pitch black at night for a disabled resident and a family with young children, not only dangerous for those with mobility issues but also totally inadequate from a safety issue.
There has been a woefully pathetic solar lamp attached to it which either never comes on or goes out by the time you have got out the car, making the rear parking non usable during the winter months in particular
Hi Allison,
I have reviewed the drawing for this area. Can you provide a contact at Clariion who you log calls with. This area is the responsibility of Clariion who should have snagged this when accepting handover from Taylor Wimpey..
If I have the details I can write directly to them
Hi. I have lost count of all the general phone answerers who somehow never manage to pass anything on, at all, and I have called multiple times about it over the last 2.5 years. I have spoken to customer services, new build aftercare, both at Clarion. Highways Agency. I have most recently spoken to Chamonix who promised faithfully they would get back to me within a week. That was last year. I have spoken to Calford Seaden and I have spoken to Taylor Wimpey in Winchester. All promise to get back to me. Every single time. None of them do. I am still waiting for my 12 month defect work reported on 10 Dec 19 to be done, but nothing. Despite multiple calls and emails. New build aftercare have been passed on my complaint twice but still not a single response from them… They are in breach of contract and have the nerve to put my shared ownership rent up!
They finally put a light bulb in this week!
